1. Shipping Areas

1.1 Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping services to all addresses within the United States. Whether you are located in bustling cities or remote rural areas, we strive to deliver our products to you in a timely manner. However, please note that some remote or hard – to – reach locations may experience longer delivery times.

1.2 International Shipping

We also provide international shipping to select countries. Currently, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not on the list, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are constantly working on expanding our international shipping coverage. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost or product price displayed on our website.

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Standard Shipping

This is our default shipping method for most orders. Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 business days for international orders to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and other factors. Standard shipping offers a cost – effective option for customers who are not in a hurry to receive their orders.

2.2 Express Shipping

For customers who need their orders quickly, we offer express shipping services. Express shipping can significantly reduce the delivery time. Domestic express shipping usually takes 1 – 2 business days, while international express shipping may take 3 – 4 business days. Please note that express shipping comes with an additional cost, and the exact price will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

4.1 Domestic Orders

  • Standard Shipping: Standard domestic shipping usually takes 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays), delivery times may be longer due to increased shipping volumes.
  • Express Shipping: Domestic express shipping aims to deliver your order within 1 – 2 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances like severe weather conditions or carrier – related issues may cause delays.

4.2 International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: International standard shipping typically takes 7 business days. But delivery can be affected by customs clearance procedures, which may vary from country to country. Delays during customs inspections are common and are beyond our control.
  • Express Shipping: International express shipping is designed to be faster, with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 4 business days. Nevertheless, customs processing and other external factors can still impact the actual delivery time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of the corresponding shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

6. Package Loss, Damage, or Delay

6.1 Loss or Damage

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at AgustinBMacklin@armyspy.com or 978 – 246 – 7131. Provide us with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos if possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. If the package is lost, we will either reship the order or issue a refund, depending on your preference. In case of damage, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a partial refund, based on the extent of the damage.

6.2 Delay

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. While we cannot control shipping carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the carrier and resolving the issue. Delays can occur due to various reasons, including weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier operational problems.

7. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States. For international orders, we may not be able to ship to certain types of PO Boxes, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier restrictions. We also support shipping to APO/FPO addresses. However, please ensure that you provide the correct and complete address information to avoid any delivery issues. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than regular addresses.

8. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
